Roadshows can be memorable experiences that can really motivate and encourage staff to engage with your schemes. Roadshows give you the opportunity to talk to staff face-to-face, which is often the best way to overcome any barriers.

A Roadshow is a flexible format and can include whatever elements you feel would be most effective in your organisation. This can include stalls with local maps and information, displays of bikes and other cycling equipment, quizzes and interactive cycling safety displays, bike tryouts, Dr Bike fixing bikes etc.

In our experience, it is particularly effective to combine a Roadshow with a National Event such as BikeWeek in June, Walk to Work week in April or the Sustrans Change your world campaign in July.
